| 【】 目的 探讨梅花灸联合穴位敷贴对于脾胃气虚型功能消化不良的症状,心理状态以及生活质量的影响。方法 选取2016年08月～2017年12月在医院就诊的FD患者共92名,按照随机数字表法分为观察组47例患者和对照组45例患者。对照组的患者由中医专科护士对FD患者进行12周的伊托必利联合常规健康教育干预。观察组患者则在对照组的基础上采用12周的梅花灸联合穴位敷贴干预。比较两组患者的症状评分,心理状态以及生活质量。结果 观察组患者的SID量表各个亚量表得分要明显低于对照组患者(P<0.01)；观察组患者在HADS量表中的焦虑以及抑郁这2个维度的心理状态得分要明显低于对照组(P<0.01)；观察组患者生活质量得分明显高于对照组患者(P<0.01)。结论12周的梅花灸联合穴位敷贴可以改善FD患者的疾病症状,减轻其焦虑以及抑郁心理,同时提高其生活质量。 |

| 【】 Objective To explore the effect of moxibustion combing acupoint herbal patching on spleen-stomach deficiency functional dyspepsia. Methods According to the random number table method, from Augst.2016 to December. 2017, 92 patients after spleen-stomach deficiency functional dyspepsia, is divided into the control group of 45 patients and 47 patients in the experimental group. Patients in the control group were guided by TCM nursing specialist, and the Itopride combined regular health education was carried out. Experimental group: moxibustion combing acupoint herbal patching was processed in this group. We compared the health related quality of life, psychological status and symptom between the two groups of patients. Results Compared with the control group, in the field of all items in SID Scale score, patients in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.01). Compared with the control group, in the field of stress and depression in the HADS score, patients in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.01). Compared with the control group, in the field of Health related quality of life in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.01) Conclusion 12 weeks of moxibustion combing acupoint herbal patching programme can improve the health related quality of life, psychological status and health related quality of life of patients after spleen-stomach deficiency functional dyspepsia. |
