      【】目的：探讨集束化管理在灾难应急救援队培训中的应用。 方法：2014年至2016年对灾难应急救援队的16名护士进行集束化管理培训,比较集束化管理培训前后护士在体能、专业急救技能、应急救援时间和配合能力、灾难护理能力等方面的差异。结果：集束化管理培训后护士的体能测试和专业急救技能水平均有明显提高。应急救援时间和配合能力、护士灾害护理能力均有显著提高(P＜0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论：集束化管理能够增强救援队护士的体能,提高其专业急救技能水平和灾害护理能力。
英文摘要:
      【】Objective: To explore the application of cluster management in the training of the disaster emergency rescue team. Methods: From 2014 to 2016, 16 nurses in the disaster emergency rescue team were trained in the method of cluster management. The differences in physical fitness, professional emergency skills, emergency rescue time and coordination ability, disaster nursing ability were compared before and after cluster management training. Results: After the cluster management training, the nurses’ physical fitness and professional emergency skills were obviously improved. The emergency rescue time, coordination ability and nurse disaster nursing ability were significantly improved (P < 0.05), and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: Cluster management can enhance the physical ability of nurses in the rescue team, improve their professional emergency skills and disaster nursing ability.
