      摘要： 目的 研究改良早期预警评分( MEWS)及身份-现况－背景－评估－建议(ISBAR)模式在呼吸内科患者中的应用效果。方法 选取湖南省某三级甲等医院的来自两个呼吸内科的各200例患者分为对照组和观察组，对照组以常规形式进行病情观察、报告病情，观察组采用MEWS评分评估患者病情及ISBAR沟通模式报告病情，分析两组患者负性事件发生情况和医师、患者、家属对护士的满意度。结果 观察组患者负性事件发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；观察组医师、患者和家属对护士的满意度都高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。结论 将MEWS联合ISBAR模式应用于呼吸内科患者中，减少负性事件发生，提高了对护士的满意度，改善医护患关系。
英文摘要:
      [Abstract]Objective To study the effect of modified early warning score (MEWS) and status-status-background-assessment-advice (ISBAR) pattern in respiratory patients. Methods 200 patients from two respiratory departments in a third-grade hospital in Hunan Province were divided into control group and observation group, The control group was observed and reported in the routine form. The MEWS score was used to evaluate the patient's condition and the ISBAR communication mode in the observation group.To analyze the incidence of negative events in patients and the satisfaction of doctors, patients and their families in nursing work. Results The incidence of negative events in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). The satisfaction of the doctors, patients and their relatives in the observation group was better than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions MEWS combined with ISBAR can be applied to respiratory patients to reduce the incidence of negative events, improve the satisfaction with nurses and improve the relationship between medical staff and patients.
