      目的 探讨中医护理岗位人才培养模式对大专护生专业认同、职业效能的影响。方法 用随机抽样方法抽取100名护理大专生,将其分为对照组和试验组,每组50名。对照组采用传统教学模式,试验组采用中医护理岗位人才培养模式,采用专业认同和职业自我效能问卷对两组护生的专业认同和职业自我效能感进行对比分析。结果 1)专业认同:培养模式实施后,试验组的专业认同总分及专业认同、专业情感、专业价值观、专业技能、专业期望得分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);2)职业自我效能:培养模式实施后,试验组的职业态度及信念、解决问题的能力、收集职业信息和职业规划能力、职业认知、职业价值、职业选择得分及总均分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 中医护理岗位人才培养模式有助于提升大专护生的专业认同度和职业自我效能感。

      【 】Objective: To explore the effect of nursing personnel training mode on professional identity and professional efficacy of college nursing students. Methods: A total of 100 college nursing students were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with each group of 50. The control group used the traditional teaching mode, experimental group was treated with TCM nursing post personnel training mode, after the end of internship with professional identity and occupation self-efficacy questionnaire self-efficacy of professional identity and occupation sense of two groups of nursing students. Results: 1) professional identity: the two groups of students" professional identity, professional emotion,professional values and professional expectations of 4 dimensions scores between the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); 2) occupation effectiveness: two groups of nursing students" problem solving ability, occupation cognition, occupation value ,occupation choice 4 the scores and total scores between experimental group was significantly higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The training mode of TCM nursing post is helpful to improve the professional identity and career self-efficacy of college nursing students.
