      【】 目的 通过我院对2例模拟病人和2例急危重患者航空转运的过程和方法,总结空中转运的护理流程。 方法 转运前病人病情及护理风险评估、随机机组人员素质及能力要求、所需物品及仪器的评估、当日飞行天气的评估及航空航道的批文；转运途中的监测与病人的应急处理；转运后空地交接。结果 4例急危重症患者,均安全抵达目的地,转运过程流畅。结论 危重病人空中转运前的准备工作,转运途中的保障工作及到达目的地的交接工作,提高转运的时效,提高患者及家属的满意度。
英文摘要:
      【】Objective To summarize the nursing process of air medical transport through the experiences of four successful air medical transports(two of them are simulations, the others are realcritically ill patients)in the General Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao tong University.MethodsPre-transport patient assessment and nursing risk assessment, staff members’ quality and capability requirements, assessment of equipment and medications, weather assessment and airline approval; monitoring and patient emergency handling; handover. Results All 4 patients arrived safely, and the transport process was smooth and no adverse events occurred. Conclusions The preparation work before air medical transport, the monitoring work during transit and the handover are all critical procedures. The well done of all these works could improve the efficiency of transportation, meanwhile, improve the satisfaction of patients and their families.
