| 目的 构建妇科分散式日间手术病房护理管理模式,规范分散性日间管理,促进日间进程,达到短、平、快,优化日间手术患者的就医体验。方法 选取我院2016年9月~2016年12月我院某妇科病区收治的150例日间手术患者作为对照组,所有患者采取普通择期手术管理模式,从2017年1月起,改进流程,采用日间手术病房规范化管理模式,故选取我院2017年1月~2017年4月该妇科病区收治的150例日间手术患者作为研究组,所有患者均实施分散式日间手术病房规范化护理管理模式,对比两组不同管理模式下的患者办理出入院总耗时、患者自我管理要点掌握率、患者满意度。结果 实施日间规范化护理管理模式的研究组患者办理出入院所涉及的部门由5个缩减为3个,办理出入院平均总耗时由原来126分钟缩短至63分钟,患者自我管理要点掌握率由58.0%提高至72.0%,患者满意度得分由87.36分提高到97.30分,p值均＜0.01,差异具有统计学意义。结论 实施妇科分散式日间手术病房规范化护理管理模式具有良好效果,可简化流程缩短各环节等候耗时,提高患者自我管理能力,改善患者就医体验,值得临床推广。 |

| Objective To establish a decentralized day surgery nursing management mode in gynecology department, thus to promote a standardized day surgery management and achieve fast,safe and sound surgery process and optimal patients’ experience. Methods A total of 150 patients undergoing day surgery in our gynecological department were selected as control group during September 2016 to December 2016. These patients underwent general elective surgery management mode. In January 2017, we started improving the procedure, established and adopted a standardized management mode for day surgery. Thus an equal number of 150 cases were selected as experimental group during January 2017 to April 2017. Patients in the experimental group underwent standardized management mode of decentralized day surgery nursing. The total time of admission and discharge, the patients’ self-management ability, patients’ satisfaction were compared between these two groups. Results After standardized management mode was implemented, the number of departments involved in admission and discharge was reduced from 5 to 3; the average total time was reduced from 126 min to 63 min; the self-management knowledge of patients was improved from 58.0% to 72.0%; and the score of patient satisfaction was improved from 87.36 to 97.30, all P <0.01.Conclusion The implementation of standardized decentralized day surgery nursing management mode has a good effect. It can simplify the process and shorten the waiting time for each process, improve patients’ self-management ability and experience satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical promotion. |
