中文摘要:

目的探讨个性化健糖尿病健康教育,对胰岛素皮下注射相关不良反应的作用及知识的影响。方法：随机调查住院胰岛素注射患者对于胰岛素注射相关知识的掌握程度及不良反应,将97例糖尿病患者按住院时间随机分为两组给予不同指导,干预组50例,对照组47例。对照组常规给予胰岛素注射相关知识指导,干预组除常规指导外,同时给予自制胰岛素注射卡盘及一对一个性化教育,在干预前后进行问卷调查及皮肤观察。结果：两组患者的性别、年龄、病程等一般资料比较,差异无统计学意义(均P＞0.05),干预组皮下结节发生率要显著低于与对照组(4.0% vs 14.9%,P<0.05)、低血糖发生率干预组显著低于对照组(2% vs 8.5%,P＜0.05),干预组胰岛素注射知识调查得分(90.7±7.1 vs 68.8±15)要显著高于对照组。结论：个体化胰岛素注射知识教育干预较常规教育模式可显著减少皮下结节发生率、低血糖发生率和提高胰岛素注射知识得分。

英文摘要:

Objective To investigate the effects of individualized health education on the related adverse effects of insulin injection in diabetic patients and the influence of knowledge. Methods: We randomly investigated the ability and related adverse reactions of inpatients with insulin injection for insulin injection knowledge, and divided 97 diabetic patients into two groups according to their hospitalization time, giving different guidance, 50 cases in the observation group and 47 cases in the control group. The control group was given insulin injection knowledge instruction. The observation group was given self-made insulin injection chucks and one to one personalized education besides routine instruction. After that instruction, the questionnaire and skin observation were done. Results: There was no Significant difference in the general data of sex ,age and course of disease between the two groups (P＞0.05 ),The incidence of related adverse reactions in the control group was higher than that in the observation group (P＜0.05),and the results of the questionnaire were lower than that of the observation group.
