      目的 了解在职护理本科生科研相关知识需求,分析毕业论文中存在的问题,为今后护理科研课程改革和毕业设计指导提供参考。方法 以自制调查问卷了解我校2届高起本五年制共252名在职护理本科生的科研基础、影响科研开展的相关因素、科研知识的培训需求等;同时结合毕业论文和答辩情况分析存在的问题及发生原因。结果 影响在职护理本科毕业生开展科研的因素包括主观和客观两个方面,与护生对科研知识项目培训的高度需求(统计分析4.54±0.70、论文写作4.21±0.76、研究设计4.08±0.89)相一致;毕业论文和答辩分析结果显示,问题集中在统计学、伦理学和科研诚信三个方面,与护生对伦理知识(2.88±1.10)、科研诚信(2.68±1.32)的极低培训需求呈现一定相关性。结论 在职护理本科生对科研相关知识的需求度高;科研设计的误区、统计方法的错误应用以及评价指标的准确度差等统计学问题是在职护生的科研短板;且伦理意识与科研诚信度在护生中的知晓度和执行度欠佳,提示我们在今后的科研课程教学和实践指导中应引起足够重视。
英文摘要:
      Objective To investigate the basic needs of research knowledge of on-the-job undergraduate nursing students’, analysis the problem existing in the graduation thesis, and provide reference for the curriculum reform of nursing scientific research and the graduation design instruction. Methods With the self-made questionnaire to investigate our two high up five-year, 252 nursing undergraduates’ scientific research base, the influencing factors influencing research, training needs, etc. And combined with the analysis of the graduation thesis and the graduation reply. Results The influencing factors includes subjective and objective aspects, it consistent with the high requirements of knowledge about scientific research (statistical analysis 4.54±0.70, essay writing 4.21±0.76, research design 4.08±0.89); the problems in the graduation thesis and reply analysis are mainly concentrated in statistics and research integrity, ethics; with a certain correlation of the low training needs about ethics (2.88±1.10), research integrity (2.68±1.32). Conclusions On-the-job undergraduate nurse students’ research foundation weak, with high needs for scientific research knowledge; the misunderstanding design of scientific research, wrong application of statistical methods and the poor accuracy of the evaluation index such as statistical problem is the scientific research board. And the ethical consciousness and scientific research integrity in less popularity and the execution of nursing students, hints in the future we should pay enough attention to the scientific research and teaching and practice guidance.
