      目的：应用专科质量敏感指标评价外来医疗器械及植入物清洗质量,通过与基线数据比较,不断提高清洗质量的效果研究。方法：成立研究小组通过循证和专家咨询法设立专科质量敏感指标：外来医疗器械及植入物的使用后清洗率和清洗不合格率(以下简称使用后清洗率和清洗不合格率)。2017年7月起,每月对数据进行统计,根据数据所反映的问题进行持续质量改进。比较2017年1月～6月和2017年7月～12月的使用后清洗率和清洗不合格率。结果：试验组使用后清洗率100%显著高于对照组87.02%,清洗不合格率1.93%显著低于对照组的9.2%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论：应用质量敏感指标,能不断规范外来医疗器械及植入物处置的各项工作质量,确保物品灭菌安全。
英文摘要:
      Objective: This study is to evaluate the cleaning quality of exotic medical loaners and implants by using the quality-sensitive indexes, and to improve the effect of cleaning quality by comparing with baseline data. Methods: A research group was set up to set up the quality sensitive index through evidence-based and expert consultation: the cleaning rate and the unqualified rate after the use of loaners and implants (the cleaning rate and the cleaning unqualified rate after use for short). From July 2017, continuous quality improvement is based on the issues reflected by the monthly monitoring data. Compared the cleaning rate and cleaning unqualified rate after use between January 2017 ~ June and July 2017 ~ December. Results: The cleaning rate of experimental group was 100%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group of 87.02%, the cleaning unqualified rate of experimental group was 1.93%,which is significantly lower than that of control group of9.2%, and the difference was both statistically significant (p<0.01). Conclusion: The quality sensitive index can be used to standardize the work quality of loaners and implants, and ensure the safety of articles sterilization.
