      摘要:目的 探究课题指导教学模式对提高护理本科实习生专业能力意义。方法 纳入 69名护理本科实习生作为研究对象,随机分为课题组、对照组。课题组实习生采用课题指导的教学模式;对照组实习生采用传统教学模式。实习结束后,对两组实习生专业能力、老师评分、实习生对教学模式满意度进行比较。结果 课题组实习生的专业能力总成绩、老师总评分、实习生对教学模式满意度优于对照组;差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 课题指导教学模式能更好激发学生的学习兴趣,促进主动学习,提高实习生专业护理能力,值得广泛采用。
英文摘要:
      Abstract: Objective To explore the influence of research ability cultivation to improving the learning effect of Nursing Undergraduate interns. Method Select 69 cases of nursing undergraduates interns as research object. Randomly divided into two group ,research group 35 cases and control group 34 cases. Research group apply research ability cultivation as teaching mode, control group apply regular teaching mode. After the internship, compared two groups of students' professional ability, appraisal of teachers, and interns' satisfaction with their own teaching modes. Result Research group Interns was higher than the control group terms of professional ability(92.34士3.64&81.26士5.78), appraisal of teachers(9.3士2.8&7.8士5.9) and Interns satisfaction with the teaching mode(94.29%&52.94%). The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The research ability cultivation can Inspire interest of student, promote active learning, improve professional nursing ability.
