| 目的 了解外科护士对术前禁食禁饮问题的知信行（知，即知识和学习；信，即信念和态度；行，即促进健康、消除疾病行为）现状，分析其影响因素，为术前禁食禁饮规范化实施提供保障。方法 对南充市某三级甲等综合性医院74名外科护士，采用自行设计的问卷，进行术前禁食禁饮知信行调查和原因分析。结果 外科护士术前禁食禁饮知识评分为（38.18±13.81）分，态度评分为(82.24±10.56）分，行为评分为（55.89±17.47）分；不同护龄、技术职称、学历及培训与否对术前禁食禁饮知识、态度、行为有影响（P<0.05）。结论 外科护士术前禁食禁饮知识陈旧，规范实施行为较少，应对外科护士开展围术期护理知识和术前禁饮禁食相关知识培训，更新传统观念，规范工作流程, 加强健康宣教, 促进医患合作，从而有效地控制医源性伤害，促进患者康复。 |

| Aim The purpose of this essay is investigating cognitive, attitude and behavior status of surgical nurses on pre operation prohibition of food and drink, analysing how these factors influence the surgical operation, and providing guarantee for the standardized implementation of pre operation prohibition of food and drink. Means 74 surgical nurses in a three grade first class general hospital in Nanchong, using a self-designed questionnaire, Investigation and cause analysis of preoperative fasting and prohibition of drinking. Result the knowledge score of preoperative fasting prohibition is (38.18 + 13.81) scores for surgical nurses, the attitude score is (82.24 + 10.56) points, the score of behavior is (55.89 + 17.47); different nursing age, Technical title and education and training have an impact on the knowledge, attitude and behavior of fasting and drinking prohibition before operation（P<0.05）. Conclusion, the knowledge of preoperative fasting and drinking prohibition in surgical nurses is obsolete, few of them will perform standard implementation behavior before surgircal. So, the nursing knowledge for surgical nurses shoule be updated, furthermore, nurses should have more training of preoperation and hospital should standardize the nursing working process, in the end, nurses can better cooperate with doctors and patients, finally, this essay should be the reference of how to control of iatrogenic injury and cure patients . |
