      目的 分析临床术前评估单的结构层次和文字表达,为改善临床评估效率,实现基于病例信息系统电子化评估提供依据。方法 采用方便抽样法,收集我国成人全麻三甲医院的临床麻醉术前评估单。采用内容分析法对临床评估单进行文献内容分析,应用2013版EXCEL软件对资料整合分析。结果 共获得22份临床麻醉术前评估单,共析出题目、患者信息、疾病史、体格检查、实验室检查、总体评估六大主题。结论 目前各省市临床麻醉术前评估单内容有差异,但部分省市已经实现全省统一。对尚不统一的评估内容日后可根据指南推荐内容结合我国国情进行统一规范。
英文摘要:
      Objective To analyze the hierarchical structure and literal expression of clinical pre-anesthesia assessment record, in order to improve the efficiency of clinical follow-up and to provide reference for realizing electronic evaluation based on case information system. Methods Convenient sampling method was used to collect the pre-anesthesia assessment record of the First-class Hospital at Grade 3 of Chinese general anesthesia. The content analysis method was used to analyze the literature content of the clinical pre-anesthesia assessment record, and the 2013 edition of EXCEL software was applied to the integration and analysis of all the assessment tables. Results A total of 22 clinical pre-anesthesia follow-up record were obtained, and six themes were analyzed, including patient information, medical history, physical examination, laboratory examination and holistic evaluation. Conclusion At present, there are differences in the contents of the pre - anesthesia assessment in various provinces and cities, but some provinces and cities have been unified. The Unified content can be standardized according to the guidelines recommend content and situation of our country in the future.
