本文对冠心病合并心理障碍患者护理管理的研究进展进行综述，归纳了心理障碍对冠心病患者的危害以及双心疾病患者的评估、干预及管理的现状，为冠心病合并心理障碍患者能够得到有效护理管理提供依据，促进双心模式在护理领域中更好发展。

英文摘要:

This paper summarized research progress on nursing management of patients with psycho-cardiology disease, including the harm of psychological disorder to patients with coronary heart disease and the present situation of the assessment, intervention and management of patients with psycho-cardiology. It could provide reference for us on dealing with those patients having psycho-cardiology problems, and help to promote the development of psycho-cardiology model in nursing area.
