      Objectives Explore the Factors affecting the satisfaction of patients undergoing day surgery . Methods Data were collected by using a self-made questionnaire survey method and a written questionnaire in the form of one-to-one questions, and then the data were collated and analyzed to obtain the factors affecting the satisfaction of day surgery. After the nursing countermeasures were adopted from January to July 2018,after August to November 2018, 200 patients who underwent surgery in our department were selected by random sampling method for satisfaction evaluation before discharge. Results Analyed on the satisfaction of patients in the Day Operating System: (1)The degree of patient satisfaction of outpatient service: 9.46±1.07(10 piont scale); The degree of patient satisfaction in the day operation appointment : 9.32±1.46. The degree of patient satisfaction in the Day Ward：9.15±0.57 (2) The inpatient satisfaction rate of the day ward: 90.5%.The cause of patient Unsatisfactory: 88% patients were dissatisfied with the time of waiting for operation was uncertain or too long.(3)The Degree of patients" satisfaction in the Day Surgery Ward from August to November in 2018: 9.29±1.03. The satisfaction rate was 96.9%. It"s 6.4% higher than before.Conclusion This medical experience survey showed: The time of waiting for surgery and the questions were not answered by doctor become the major cause of dissatisfaction in the whole medical treatment. We can improve patients" unsatisfied medical experience to some extent through nursing countermeasures and humanistic care measures.
