      目的了解儿科护士对医用黏胶相关性皮肤损伤的知识水平、态度及行为情况。方法采用便利抽样法，于2017年5月至8月选取广州市妇女儿童医疗中心的198名护士作为调查对象，调查工具包括自行设计的一般资料问卷及医用黏胶相关性皮肤损伤知信行量表。结果儿科护士医用黏胶相关性皮肤损伤知识得分为72.49±15.86分、态度得分为38.14±5.63分、行为得分为98.08±14.90分。结论儿科护士对医用黏胶相关性皮肤损伤的知识掌握处于中等水平，态度及行为水平整体偏低，建议加强对临床一线工作人员的培训，制定可广泛应用于临床的实践指南，以降低患儿医用黏胶相关性皮肤损伤的发生率为最终目标。
英文摘要:
      Objective To understand the knowledge of pediatric nurses on medical adhesive-related skin injury and to understand the attitude and behavior of pediatric nurses. Methods A total of 198 nurses from Guangzhou women and children’s medical center were selected by convenience sampling method from May to August 2017. The survey tools included self-designed general information questionnaire and medical adhesive-related skin injury knowledge, belief and practice questionnaire. Results Medical adhesive-related skin injury knowledge score of pediatric nurses was 72.49±15.86, attitude score was 38.14±5.63, and behavior score was 98.08±14.90. Conclusions Medical adhesive-related skin injury knowledge is poorly trained among pediatric nurses, pediatric nurses do not know enough about this knowledge, and pediatric nurses' knowledge, belief and practice level of medical adhesive-related skin injury is generally low. It is suggested that the training of relevant knowledge should be strengthened for clinical staff to formulate appropriate knowledge. It is widely used in clinical standard operating procedures to reduce skin damage in children.
