      目的 探讨掌医课堂APP对护士在职教育的应用效果。方法 运用前后对照的方法,通过整群抽取佛山市某三甲医院2019年3月-2020年2月全院33个科室全体护理人员,针对运用掌医课堂APP培训后的护士学习动机、考核培训通过率、护士床边综合能力、晋升人数、课程及教学效果满意度、病人对护士满意度等数据进行统计与分析,与传统在职教育培训模式的效果进行比较,探讨掌医课堂对护士在职教育的应用效果。结果 实施掌医课堂APP培训后,该医院护士培训质量明显提高,护士培训参与率由88.4%上升到97.8%,护士考核通过率由94.93%上升到100%,护士床边综合能力评分由(83.09±2.76)上升至(90.71±3.83),晋升人数占比由13.51%上升到27.87%,N1-N6级护士对课程及教学效果满意度由(78.19%±2.15%)上升至(93.50%±3.43%),患者满意度由(85.36%±3.16%)上升至(88.62%±3.64%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 应用掌医课堂APP提高了护士在职教育的教学质量、护理服务质量及患者满意度,提升了医院教学管理水平。

      Objective To explore the application effect of apprentice class APP on nurses' in-service education. Methods By using the method of pre-and post-control, the nursing staff of 33 departments in a third-level hospital in Foshan City from March 2019 to February 2020 were selected in a cluster. The data of learning motivation, passing rate of assessment and training, comprehensive ability of nurses at bedside, number of promotion, satisfaction of curriculum and teaching effect, and satisfaction of patients to nurses were analyzed. Comparing with the effect of traditional on-the-job education and training mode, this paper explores the application effect of palm doctor classroom on on on-the-job education of nurses. Results After the implementation of APP training in palm medicine class, the training quality of nurses in this hospital has been improved markedly, the participation rate of nurses has increased from 88.4% to 97.8%, the passing rate of nurses'examination has increased from 94.93% to 100%, the comprehensive ability score of nurses' bedside has increased from (83.09%+2.76%)to(90.71%+3.83%), the proportion of promotion has increased from 13.51% to 27.87%, and the satisfaction rate of N1-N6 nurses with curriculum and teaching effect has increased from 78.19%. The patients'satisfaction increased from(85.36%+3.16%)to (88.62%+3.64%). The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Applying the APP in the classroom to improve the teaching quality, nursing service quality and patient satisfaction of nurses in-service education, and improve the level of hospital teaching management.
