      目的 基于服务对象视角分析眼科病房护理质量评价指标，进而为眼科病房护理质量评价指标体系构建作有力参照。方法 运用质性研究中常用的现象学研究方法，依据目的抽样法选取我院2017年06月-2018年10月眼科病房25例患者以及24名患者家属为研究对象，运用面对面访谈法、半结构式访谈方法以及内容分析法对获得结果进行分析处理。结果 眼科病房患者及家属对眼科护理质量关注点主要体现在三方面，即和谐的护患沟通、专业的护理服务以及良好的病区环境。结论 充分结合眼科患者以及家属的观点协助眼科病房护理质量评价指标进行构建，可以更加全面、科学以及有效的构建其护理质量指标，全面反映患者对眼科护理的切实诉求，进而从患者视角完善眼科病房护理管理内容，值得推广。
英文摘要:
      Objective To analyze the nursing quality evaluation index of ophthalmic ward based on the perspective of service object， and to make a strong reference for the construction of nursing quality evaluation index system in ophthalmic ward. Methods Using the phenomenological research methods commonly used in qualitative research， according to the purpose sampling method， 25 patients from the eye ward of our hospital from June 2017 to October 1818 and the family members of 24 patients were selected as subjects， using face-to-face interviews and semi-structured methods. The interview method and the content analysis method analyze and process the obtained results. Results The focus of eye care patients and their families on the quality of ophthalmic care is mainly reflected in three aspects， namely， harmonious nurse-patient communication， professional nursing services and a good ward environment. Conclusions Fully combined with the viewpoints of ophthalmology patients and their families to assist in the construction of eye care ward quality evaluation indicators， it is possible to build their nursing quality indicators more comprehensively， scientifically and effectively， fully reflect the patients" practical demands for eye care， and then improve the eye ward from the patient perspective. The content of nursing management is worth promoting.
