      目的:护理人员在给患者完成一系列治疗后会产生相应的医疗垃圾，本文便针对这一情况探讨医疗垃圾分类标准化对临床所带来的影响及效果评价。方法：首先分成两个组，分别为未标准化组（A组）和标准化组组（B组），护士在这8个月内分别观察和记录护士针刺伤次数及垃圾混放的情况。结果：A组发生针刺伤为10次，垃圾混放次数82次；B组针刺伤为1次，垃圾混放情况10次，P<0.05说明具有统计学差异，垃圾分类标准化后对护士来说加强了自身防护，也同时降低了感染的风险。
英文摘要:
      objective: nursing staff will produce corresponding medical waste after a series of treatments for patients. In view of this situation, this essay discusses the influence and effect evaluation of medical waste classification standardization on clinical practice. Methods: first of all, they were divided into two groups: unstandardized group (group A) and standardized group (group B). Nurses observed and recorded the number of acupuncture injuries and the mixed release of garbage within these 8 months. Results: acupuncture wounds occurred 10 times and garbage mixed times 82 times in group A, once acupuncture wounds and 10 times garbage mixed wounds in group B (P < 0.05), which showed that there was significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05), and the garbage classification standard was used as follows: there was significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). After standardization, nurses strengthen self-protection and reduce the risk of infection at the same time.
