      【摘要】目的 观察分指板器球在预防ICU外科术后清醒患者获得性谵妄的应用效果。方法 选择2017年12月-2018年12月入住我院ICU的60例外科术后神智清醒的患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组，每组30例。实验组采用分指板器球作为约束工具，对照组采用常规约束带进行约束。对两组RASS评分、Lovett肌力分级、谵妄的发生率和约束并发症的发生率进行比较。结果 两组RASS评分结果差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；实验组Lovett肌力分级高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；实验组谵妄的发生率和约束并发症的发生率均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 分指板器球能够有效的降低ICU外科术后清醒患者谵妄的发生率和约束的并发症发生率，稳定患者神智状态，提高患者肌力等级。

      【Abstract】Objective To observe the effect of finger-holding force ball on prevention of acquired delirium for the conscious patients after surgical operation in ICU. Method From December 2017 to December 2018, 60 conscious patients after surgical operation were recruited and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group using random number table method. Each group has 30 cases. The experimental group use finger-holding force ball to be the restraint tool and the control group use restraint strap. The RASS, Lovett muscle strength gradings and the incidence of delirium and restraint complications were compared. Results There were no significant differences in the RASS between two group（P＞0.05）; Lovett muscle strength gradings in the experimental group was higher than the control group, and the difference were statistically significant（P＜0.05）; the incidence of delirium and restraint complications in the experimental group was lower than the control group, and the difference were statistically significant（P＜0.05）. Conclusion The finger-holding force ball can reduce the incidence of delirium and restraint complications for the conscious patients after surgical operation effectively. It also can set patients’ mind at rest and increase patients’ muscle strength gradings.
