| 目的：探讨临床医务人员对《乳痈中医护理方案》的认知及实施体验，为方案的持续性改进提供依据。方法：采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法，于2019年1~2月对北京市3所三级甲等中医院乳腺科的16名医护人员进行深度访谈，采用 Colaizzi 7步分析法对资料进行分析和归纳。结果：提炼出6个主题，包括：乳痈患者常见症状可适当增加、症状积分量化值得推广应用、中医护理技术的有效性及适宜性有待进一步论证、手法排乳的操作方法需进一步标准化、护理效果评价缺乏客观指标支撑以及中医护理方案可推广应用于门诊工作。结论：针对乳痈中医护理方案实施中存在的问题，应进一步改进、完善，以规范乳痈治疗的中医护理行为，推进中医护理的全面发展。 |

| Objective: To explore the clinical medical staff's cognition and implementation experience of "Nursery and TCM Nursing Program" to provide a basis for the continuous improvement of the program. Method: Using phenomenological research methods in qualitative research, in-depth interviews were conducted with 16 medical staff in the breast department of three third-class A-class Chinese medicine hospitals in Beijing from January to February 2019, and the data were analyzed using the Colaizzi 7-step analysis method. Perform analysis and induction. Results: Refined 6 themes, including: common symptoms of patients with breast carbuncle can be appropriately increased, the quantification of symptom scores is worth promoting and applying, the effectiveness and suitability of TCM nursing technology needs to be further demonstrated, and the operation methods of manual milk discharge need to be further standardized The effect evaluation lacks the support of objective indicators and the nursing plan of traditional Chinese medicine can be popularized and applied in outpatient work. Conclusion: In view of the problems existing in the implementation of nursing care program for breast carbuncle, it should be further improved and perfected to standardize the nursing behavior of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of breast carbuncle and promote the comprehensive development of nursing in traditional Chinese medicine. |
