      目的：探讨借助网络访视平台对居家腹膜透析患者进行访视及护理干预的效果。方法：采用方便抽样法,抽选30例腹膜透析患者,对其通过微信平台实施网络访视和护理干预。每月通过微信视频对患者的腹透换液操作,出口处护理,居家腹膜透析环境及用药管理进行考核和干预。比较患者在干预前,干预后1个月,3个月,6个月的腹透换液操作,出口处护理,居家腹膜透析环境和用药管理考核分数。结果：干预后患者的各项考核分数均有所提高并有统计学意义(p<0.01)。结论：借助网络平台的访视和护理干预在居家腹膜透析患者中应用是有效果的,患者居家操作的各项操作规范性,居家透析环境和药物管理都得到了改善。
英文摘要:
      Objective: to explore the effect of home peritoneal dialysis patients" visit and nursing intervention with the help of network visiting platform. Methods: a total of 30 peritoneal dialysis patients were selected by convenient sampling method, and the patients were offered network visits and nursing intervention via WeChat platform. They were monthly assessed their operation of peritoneal fluid exchange, exit nursing, home peritoneal dialysis environment and medication management and then they were given nursing intervention. Patients" peritoneal fluid exchange operation, exit nursing, home peritoneal dialysis environment and medication management scores were compared with before intervention, after 1 month, after 3 months, and after 6 months.Results: after the intervention, the assessment scores of the patients were improved and statistically significant (p<0.01).Conclusion: the application of the visit and nursing intervention with the help of the network platform in home peritoneal dialysis patients is effective, and the standardization of operations, home dialysis environment and drug management have been improved.
