| 目的 将回乳药罩应用于需要回乳的急性乳腺炎成脓期患者，观察其应用效果。方法 选择2018年3月-2019年8月我院门诊就诊需要回乳的急性乳腺炎成脓期患者98例，按照随机数字表分为观察组（n=49）和对照组（n=49），观察组采用回乳药罩回乳，对照组采用常规的皮硝外敷方法进行回乳，其他治疗、护理措施均相同，比较两组患者的回乳时间、中药皮硝回乳依从性、回乳相关知识掌握、病人满意度等。结果 两组患者在回乳相关知识掌握方面无明显差异（P＞0.05），观察组在中药皮硝回乳依从性方面明显高于对照组（P＜0.001），在回乳时间、病人满意度方面优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 回乳药罩有效地提高了中药皮硝回乳依从性，缩短了回乳的时间，是很好的回乳辅助工具，值得临床推广应用。 |

| Objective to develop a standardized procedure of applying the patent utility model reemulsification mask and traditional Chinese medicine external application technology to the patients who need reemulsification in the purulent stage of acute mastitis, and to explore its application effect. Method choice in March 2018 - August 2019 outpatient clinic of acute mastitis into pus need back to milk, 98 cases of patients, according to random number table is divided into observation group (n = 49) and control group (n = 49), the observation group USES the back cover breast medicine standardization process back to milk, control group adopts returning the breast medicine cover routine method for milk, other treatment and nursing measures are the same, collection and two groups of patients with breast feeding time, Chinese medicine mirabilite back to back compliance awareness, patient satisfaction, back to milk related knowledge. Results: the observation group was superior to the experimental group in terms of time of milk return, compliance with traditional Chinese medicine tanning and milk return, awareness rate of knowledge related to milk return, and patient satisfaction (P < 0.05). Conclusion the flow of rehydration mask technology can effectively improve the compliance of traditional Chinese medicine, shorten the rehydration time, and improve the knowledge and satisfaction of patients through the standardization of behavior and health education. Therefore, the combination of patent licensing and related technologies and the formulation of standardized procedures are a better patent continuation model, which is conducive to improving social and economic benefits and worthy of clinical promotion and application. |
