选取本院2018年收治的1 例PD-1单抗(欧狄沃)治疗后致全身散在大面积皮疹伴口唇溃疡患者临床护理方法以及护理结果进行分析总结。通过皮肤护理,药物护理,心理护理,安全护理,疼痛护理,饮食护理,延续护理等综合全面护理干预措施的实施,患者的各种临床不适症状以及皮疹症状得到有效控制。说明对PD-1所致皮疹患者实施综合护理有助于缓解患者的皮损症状,减轻患者疼痛,值得进行推广应用。

英文摘要:

The clinical nursing methods and nursing results of 1 patients with large area rash with lip ulcer were selected after 2018 years of treatment with PD-1 (Eudivo) in our hospital. Through the implementation of comprehensive comprehensive care interventions such as skin care, drug care, psychological care, safety care, pain care, diet care, and continuation care, patients with a variety of clinical discomfort symptoms as well as rash symptoms are effectively controlled. It is explained that the comprehensive nursing of patients with rash caused by PD-1 is helpful to relieve the symptoms of skin lesions and reduce the pain of patients, and it is worth popularizing.
