      摘要：目的 探讨品质管理理念在医疗废弃物规范处置中的应用效果。方法 随机选择我院外科系统中的五个病区，作为抽查对象，成立品质管理圈，圈名为“泡泡圈”。通过发现问题、分析原因、拟定对策等活动步骤，逐步落实改善环境、加强考核、完善督查等措施，由各病区感控员负责查检品管圈活动期间各病区医疗废弃物处置合格情况。结果 品管圈实施前后，医疗废弃物处置合格率由91.90％提升至99.41％，差异有统计学意义(X2=2364.038，P＜0．05)，目标达成率高达154.53％，进步率为126.31％。结论 通过品质管理理念的运用，提高外科病区医疗废弃物处置合格率,增强医护人员的感控及自我防护意识，形成制度化、标准化作业书。针对性的品管圈活动的开展,值得临床进一步应用和推广。

      Abstract:: Objective Discussion on the application effect of quality management concept in the standardized disposal of medical waste.Methods Five areas in the surgical system of our hospital were randomly selected as the objects of spot check, and a quality control circle named "bubble circle" was established. Through finding problems, analyzing causes, formulating countermeasures and other activity steps, gradually implement measures such as improving environment, strengthening assessment, improving supervision, etc., and the sensory controller of each ward is responsible for inspecting the qualified medical waste disposal of each ward during the activity of quality control circle. Results Before and after the implementation of the quality control circle, the qualified rate of medical waste disposal increased from 91.90％ to 99.41％, the difference was statistically significant (X2=2364.038，P＜0．05)，the target achievement rate is as high as 154.53％，Progress rate is 126.31％. Conclusion Through the application of quality management concept, improve the qualified rate of medical waste disposal in surgical ward, enhance the sense of control and self-protection awareness of medical staff, and form a systematic and standardized operation manual. The development of targeted quality control circle activities is worthy of further clinical application and promotion.
