      目的：研究NICU护士对母乳院外管理——母乳的采集、储存以及转运知识的掌握程度，分析NICU护士母乳院外管理知识的薄弱环节以及影响因素，为针对NICU护士制定相关培训计划提供相关依据，为优化NICU母乳喂养指南提供有效的、可供参考的依据。方法：采用便利抽样法，于2019年4月-10月选取上海市三家三级甲等妇产科专科医院的106名NICU护士为调查对象，采用自行设计问卷，针对母乳采集，储存和转运3个维度进行问卷调查。结果：NICU护士对母乳院外管理知识掌握程度平均得分为（26.42 ± 2.160）分，其中年龄、NICU工作年限影响护士对母乳院外管理知识的掌握程度，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：NICU护士对母乳院外管理知识的掌握程度有待提高，护理管理者需要通过多种途径来提升护士的母乳院外管理相关知识，以利于更好地针对产妇及家属进行NICU母乳喂养的健康宣教，从而促进NICU的母乳喂养。
英文摘要:
      Objective: To study the NICU nurse management of breast milk lobbyists - breast milk collection, storage and transporting the master degree of knowledge and analyze the weak links and influencing factors of the management knowledge of NICU nurses outside the hospital to provide relevant basis for the development of relevant training plans for NICU nurses and provide effective and referential basis for optimizing NICU breastfeeding guidelines.Methods: We chose 106 NICU nurses in three Grade 3A hospitals in Shanghai to do investigationby using convenient sampling methods from April 2019-October 2019. A self-designed questionnaire was adopted, which contained three dimensions of breast milk collection, storage and transport .Results:The average score of NICU nurses'' mastering knowledge of management of breast milk out of hospital was (26.42±2.160). The nurses'' age, educational background, training time and frequency were related to the nurses'' knowledge.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:NICU nurses need to improve their degree of management of breast milkknowledge out of hospital. Nursing administrators need to increase nurses'' breast milkknowledgeout of hospital through many ways to facilitate better maternal and family members of the NICU breastfeeding health education and promote the NICU breastfeeding.
