| 目的 了解医联体模式下社区护士中医护理培训方案的实施效果。 方法 结合社区护士的中医护理培训需求调查结果及医联体牵头单位的中医护理培训资源制订医联体模式下中医护理培训方案。培训包括理论培训和基地实践，培训形式为线上、线下相结合，考核方式为章节测试、课堂测验、床旁考核。于2020年3—7月，对上海市虹口区凉城新村街道社区卫生服务中心的护士27名进行培训，比较培训前后社区护士中医护理知识的掌握程度，并收集其对培训方案的评价。结果 实施医联体模式下中医护理培训后，社区护士中医护理知识的得分高于培训前（P＜0.05），社区护士对培训方案在提高学习积极性、增强对知识的理解和应用、提高临床实践能力等方面的满意率均＞85%。结论 实施医联体模式下中医护理培训可提高社区护士中医护理知识的掌握程度，并得到社区护士的满意，该培训方案可将三级医院的优质护理资源下沉到基层，为形成社区中医护理专科培训方案提供依据。 |

| Objective To understand the effect of TCM nursing training program for community nurses under the mode of medical union. Methods Combined with the survey results of TCM nursing training needs of community nurses and the TCM nursing training resources of the leading units of medical alliance, the TCM nursing training program under the mode of medical alliance was formulated. The training includes theoretical training and base practice. The training form is the combination of online and offline, and the assessment method is chapter test, classroom test and bedside assessment. From March to July in 2020, 27 nurses from The Community Health Service Center of Liangcheng Xincun Street, Hongkou District, Shanghai were trained. The degree of TCM nursing knowledge of community nurses before and after the training was compared, and their evaluation of the training program was collected. Results After the implementation of TCM nursing training under the mode of medical alliance, the score of TCM nursing knowledge of community nurses was higher than before the training (P < 0.05), and the satisfaction rate of community nurses to the training program in improving learning enthusiasm, enhancing the understanding and application of knowledge, improving clinical practice ability and so on was > 85%. Conclusion The implementation of TCM nursing training under the mode of medical union can improve the community nurses'' knowledge of TCM nursing, and obtain the satisfaction of the community nurses. The training program can sink the high-quality nursing resources of tertiary hospitals to the grass-roots level, and provide a basis for the formation of community TCM nursing specialty training program. |
