      目的 构建新型冠状肺炎疫情期间护工自我防护培训方案,提高护工自我防护能力。 方法 基于分权管理模式和柯氏模型,组建应急培训小组,构建新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间 “双向反馈、三级培训、四层评价” 护工自我防护培训方案,对全院37名在岗护工进行培训。结果 全院37名护工新冠肺炎相关防护知识理论考核和操作考核合格率均为100%;培训方案满意度评价100%非常满意;现场防护用具使用督查合格率为94.59%;全院护工及其照护患者的医院感染发生率为0。结论 新冠肺炎疫情期间护工自我防护培训方案的实施有效提高了护工自我防护知识并促进了其自我防护行为,在新冠肺炎疫情防控工作中起到了积极作用。
英文摘要:
      Objective To construct a self-protection training program for caregivers during the COVID-19 outbreak and improve their self-protection ability. Methods An emergency training team was established based on the decentralized management model and The Corcoran model, and a "two-way feedback, three-level training and four-level evaluation" self-protection training program was constructed for 37 on-duty nurses in the hospital during the COVID-19 epidemic. Results 100% of the 37 nurses were qualified in the theoretical assessment and operational assessment of COVID-19 related protection knowledge. Training program satisfaction evaluation 100% very satisfied; The pass rate of on-site protective equipment was 94.59%; The incidence of nosocomial infection was 0. Conclusion The implementation of self-protection training program for caregivers during the COVID-19 epidemic effectively improves their self-protection knowledge and promotes their self-protection behaviors, which plays a positive role in the prevention and control of COVID-19 epidemic.
