| 目的：调查护理人员癌性爆发痛认知及管理现状,为医院开展癌性爆发痛管理培训提供参考依据。方法：采用便利抽样的方法,于2019年3月-4月抽取天津某三级甲等肿瘤医院397名护理人员进行调查,调查工具为患者一般资料问卷及护理人员癌性爆发痛认知及管理状况问卷。结果：护理人员癌性爆发痛相关知识得分为8.09±2.29分。不同特征护士爆发痛知识得分相比较,在不同学历、职称及是否为GPM示范病房的护士三个方面差异有统计学差异(P＜0.05)。护理人员癌性爆发痛知晓率达85.14%,但在评估、处理、参与管理及健康教育方面存在许多不足。结论：护理人员癌性爆发痛知识储备不足,管理情况不理想,提示医院有必要对护理人员开展癌性爆发痛培训,以全面提高护理人员爆发痛相关知识水平,从而提高其管理能力,进而提高患者对爆发痛管理的满意度,提高患者生活质量。 |

| objective: to investigate the status of nurses' cognition and management of breakthrough cancer pain and to provide reference basis for the nurse training of breakthrough cancer pain management in hospitals. Methods: a total of 397 nurses in a third-class cancer hospital in Tianjin were sampled from march to April 2019 by convenient sampling. The survey tools were questionnaire on general information of patients and questionnaire on nurses' cognition and management of breakthrough cancer pain. Results: the score of knowledge related to the breakthrough cancer pain was 8.09±2.29 points. The scores of breakthrough cancer pain knowledge of nurses with different characteristics were compared, and there were statistically significant differences among nurses with different educational background, professional title and whether they were from GPM demonstration wards (P < 0.05). The nursing awareness rate of breakthrough cancer pain was 85.14%, but there were many deficiencies in the assessment, treatment, participating in the management and health education. Conclusion: The knowledge reserves is insufficient in breakthrough cancer pain of nursing staff, and the management situation is not ideal. The result presented that it is necessary to prompt nursing staff training in breakthrough cancer pain for improving level of nursing knowledge and management ability, and then, enhancing the satisfaction of patients in breakthrough cancer pain and improving the patients quality of life. |
