      目的 探讨基于信息-动机-行为技巧(IBM)模型的护理干预在抑郁症患者躯体化症状中的应用效果。方法 选取2019年1月至2019年12月在普陀区精神卫生中心门诊治疗的85例抑郁症患者作为研究对象，随机将其分为观察组42例与对照组43例，对照组进行常规干预，观察组在对照组基础上给予基于IBM 模式的护理干预，比较两组患者焦虑抑郁症状、躯体化症状和社会功能改善情况。结果 观察组焦虑抑郁症状、躯体化症状和社会功能改善情况优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论 基于IMB模型的护理干预能有效改善抑郁症患者躯体化症状，减轻其抑郁焦虑症状，提高其社会功能，值得临床推广应用。
英文摘要:
      Objective To explore the application effect of nursing intervention based on information motivation behavior skill (IBM) model, which setting on depression patients who have somatic symptoms.Methods: 85 patients with depression who were treated in the outpatient department of Putuo Mental Health Center from September 2019 to September 2020 were selected as the research target , and randomly divided into observation group (42 cases) and control group (43 cases). The control group received routine intervention. The observation group received the nursing intervention based on the IMB model on the basis of the nursing intervention of control group. Comparing the improvement of anxiety and depression symptoms, somatic symptoms and social functions between the two groups.Results The observation group, achieved the improvement of anxiety, depression, somatic symptoms and social function, performed better than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (p<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention based on IMB model can effectively improve somatic symptoms of depression patients, together with their depression and anxiety symptoms,and improve their social function as well,which is worthy of clinical application.
