| 【摘要】 目的 总结我院在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间，探索并实施的方舱医院护理工作模式。方法 在“国家医疗队+武汉医疗队”联合模式的管理下，我院迅速确立护理管理组织架构，开展基于岗位需求的强化培训，制订了一系列制度规范流程，落实三级质控管理办法等。同时，要求加强护患协作，注重对患者及医护人员的人文关怀，开展一系列的关爱服务等措施，对保证新型冠状病毒肺炎防疫工作高效而有序的进行。结果 2月5日开舱至3月10日休舱期间，武昌方舱医院累计收治患者1124例，累积出院833例，累计转出291例，且未出现医护人员感染情况。结论 逐步探索并实施合适的方舱医院护理工作模式，对保证新型冠状病毒肺炎护理工作高效有序的进行具有重要意义。 |

| Abstract Objective To summarize the nursing mode of square cabin hospital explored and implemented in our hospital during the response to Corona Virus Disease 2019（COVID-19） epidemic. Methods During the outbreak of COVID-19, our hospital gradually explored and implemented a suitable model of nursing in a sheltered hospital. Under the management of the "National Medical Team + Wuhan Medical Team" joint mode, our hospital quickly established a nursing management organizational structure, conducted intensive training according to job requirements, formulated a series of systems and procedures, and implemented three systems -Level quality control management method. It is required to strengthen the cooperation between nurses and patients, pay attention to the humanistic care for patients and medical staff, carry out a series of care services and other measures to ensure the efficient and orderly implementation of COVID 19 epidemic prevention work. Results From February 5 to March 10, 1124 patients admitted to the square cabin hospital,of whom 291 were transferred to the designated hospital for the treatment of COVID-19 for further treatment and 833 have been discharged from the square cabin hospital. None of medical staffs was infected of COVID-19．Conclusion It is of great significance to gradually explore and implement an appropriate nursing mode in the square cabin hospital to ensure the efficient and orderly nursing work of COVID-19. |
