| 摘要 ：目的 探讨合理设置临床护士工作站信息系统患者一览表在患者安全管理工作中的应用,分析临床护理工作中借助信息化手段提高护理安全管理的可行性。方法 通过对比我院优化护士工作站患者一览表前后1年的应用效果,比较护士高危风险患者的识别情况、护士查询时间以及护士使用的满意度。探讨优化护士工作站患者一览表替代传统手工书写一览表和护理看板的可行性，及其在护理安全管理的积极作用。结果 优化护士工作站患者一览表后护士对病区高危风险患者识别情况评分（88.3±3.3）明显高于优化前得分（65.4±3.9），护士查询时间明显缩短（优化前：5.3±1.0；优化后：1.2±0.2）,减少了非临床护理工作时间，更能关注重点高风险患者的安全护理，护士对优化后的系统使用满意度提升。差异具有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。结论 利用信息系统过滤、筛选功提取临床护理所需的数据并以护理标识的方法呈现在患者一览表,护士使用时操作快捷高效,能提高护理安全和质量,值得推广。 |

| 【Abstract】Objective: Discuss the application of patient list in setting up clinical nurse workstations in patient safety management，Analyze the feasibility of improving nursing safety management by means of information in clinical nursing work.Methods: By comparing the application results of our hospital's optimized nurse workstation patient list before and after 1 year, Compare the nurses' identification of high-risk patients, nurses' query time and nurses' satisfaction with use. Discuss the feasibility of optimizing the setting of patient list in nurse workstation to replace traditional manual writing list and nursing board, and its positive role in nursing safety management. Results: After optimizing the patient list of the nurse workstation, the nurse's score for identifying high-risk patients in the ward (88.3±3.3) was significantly higher than the score before optimization (65.4±3.9), and the nurse query time was significantly reduced (before optimization: 5.3±1.0; after optimization: 1.2 ±0.2), reducing the working hours of non-clinical nursing, paying more attention to the safety care of key high-risk patients, and improving nurses’ satisfaction with the optimized system. The difference is statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion: Use the information system filtering and filtering functions to extract the data needed for clinical care and present it on the patient list of the workstation with the method of nursing identification.The operation of the nurse is simple and fast, which can improve the safety and quality of care and reduce the occurrence of adverse nursing events.It is worth promoting. |
