      目的 调查援鄂抗击新型冠状病毒肺炎的临床护士的共情疲劳情况,并分析其影响因素,为预防护士倦怠、护理差错,促进护士健康提供参考依据。方法 2020年3月15日至21日期间,使用一般情况调查表、中文版共情疲劳量表,通过电子问卷的形式对武汉3所医院的援鄂护士进行调查。结果 91名援鄂护士中继发性创伤应激发生率为62.6%,职业倦怠发生率为18.7%,共情满意的护士占36.3%;中、重度共情疲劳发生率27.5%;工作时间是继发性创伤的影响因素,工作满意度是共情满意的影响因素,工作待遇满意度是职业倦怠和共情满意的影响因素,工作负担是3个维度共同的影响因素。结论 援鄂护士的共情疲劳状况较好,继发性创伤应激状况相对较差,援鄂管理者要尽量减少临床一线护士的工作时间,减轻他们的工作负担,提高他们的工资待遇和工作满意度。
英文摘要:
      Objective To investigate the current status and influencing factors of compassion fatigue in clinical nurses assisting Hubei against COVID-19,and to provide references for prevention of nurse burnout, nursing mistakes and promotion of nurse health. Methods From March 15 to March 21, 2020, We used the general situation questionnaire and the Chinese version of compassion fatigue scale to survey nurses through an electronic questionnaire. We surveyed nurses in 3 hospitals in Wuhan. Results Among the 91 clinical nurses in Wuhan, the incidence of secondary trauma stress was 62.6%,the incidence of burnout was 18.7%, and 36.3% of the nurses were compassion satisfaction ; 27.5% of the nurses had moderate and severe compassion; Working hours per day were the influencing factors of secondary trauma stress, job satisfaction was the influencing factor of compassion satisfaction, job treatment satisfaction was the influencing factor of burnout and compassion satisfaction, and workload was the common influencing factor of the three dimensions. Conclusion The compassion fatigue of nurses in Wuhan were better, secondary trauma stress is poor. The managers need to minimize the working hours of front-line clinical nurses, reduce their workload, increase their salary, and increase their job satisfaction.
