      目的 调查ICU医疗器械相关压力性损伤发生情况,并对现状进行分析。方法 对 2018年10月-2019年3月ICU患者进行追踪调查,调查医疗器械相关压力性损伤发生的情况和产生的原因。结果 ICU医疗器械相关压力性损伤发生率为9.63%,其中可见的粘膜医疗器械相关压力性损伤发生率为0.83%；医疗器械相关压力性损伤主要发生在上肢和头颈部,以1期和2期为主；ICU引起医疗器械相关压力性损伤的主要原因是心电监护仪、保护性约束、氧饱和度探头、和经口气管插管。结论 通过医疗器械相关压力性损伤的现状调查,总结其引起主要因素,为ICU护士预防与医疗器械相关压力性损伤提供依据。
英文摘要:
      Objective To investigate the occurrence of medical device related pressure injury in ICU and analyze the current situation. Methods Follow up investigation was carried out on ICU patients from October 2018 to March 2019 to investigate the occurrence and causes of medical device related pressure injury. Result The incidence of pressure injury related to medical devices in ICU was 9.63%, of which the incidence of mucous membrane medical device-related pressure injury was 0.83%; the incidence of pressure injury related to medical devices mainly occurred in upper limbs and head , mainly in stage 1 and stage 2; the main causes of medical device related pressure injury in ICU were ECG monitor, protective restraint, oxygen saturation probe, and Endotracheal intubation. Conclusion Through the investigation of the status quo of medical device-related pressure injuries, summarize the main factors causing them, and provide a basis for ICU nurses to prevent medical device-related pressure injuries.
