      从工作投入的定义、测评工具、影响因素等方面综述长期照护机构护士工作投入的研究进展,探讨长期照护机构护士工作投入研究现状和发展趋势,提出我国开展长期照护护士工作投入的研究应首先明确护士工作投入的内涵,建立或优化针对护士群体的工作投入测评工具,关注组织、个体因素对工作投入的影响机制研究,加强量性研究与质性研究相结合的混合性研究,开展护士工作投入干预效果的实证研究等。
英文摘要:
      Review the research progress of long-term care institution nurses‘ work engagement from the definition of work engagement, evaluation tools, influencing factors and other aspects. Discuss the current status and development trend of long-term care institution nurses’ work engagement research. Propose that the research on the influencing factors of long-term care nurses’ work engagement in China should first clarify the connotation of nurses’ work engagement, establish or optimize the work engagement evaluation tool for nurse groups, pay attention to the research on the organization and individual factors’ impact on work engagement, and strengthen quantitative research and Mixed research combined with qualitative research, empirical research on the effect of intervention in nurses’ work engagement.
