      目的 了解冠心病患者积极度水平现状及影响因素。 方法 方便抽样法选取上海市四所三级甲等医院2018年9月至2019年12月收治的500例冠心病患者作为研究对象，采用一般资料调查表、患者积极度量表及心脏病自我效能量表对患者进行调查。 结果 冠心病患者积极度水平得分（67.02±10.28）分，处于第三水平。冠心病患者心脏病自我效能得分为（59.36±15.94）分，处于中等水平。冠心病患者积极度与自我效能呈正相关（r=0.35，P=0.00＜0.05）。通过逐步多元回归方程分析可知，冠心病患者积极度影响因素影响程度由大到小为自我效能、性别、是否主动获取相关知识和有无其他合并症。结论 冠心病患者积极度水平处于第三水平；影响冠心病患者积极度影响因素影响有：自我效能、性别、是否主动获取相关知识和有无其他合并症。医护人员应评估冠心病患者积极度水平，制定合适的护理计划；同时，通过改善影响冠心病患者积极的影响因素，提高患者积极度。
英文摘要:
      Purpose: To investigate the current situation and influencing factors of patient activation in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods: Convenience sampling was used to select 500 patients with coronary heart disease who had been hospitalized in 4 Class 3A Hospitals in Shanghai from September 2018 to December 2019. A self-designed demographic questionnaire, Patient Activation Measure and Cardiac Self efficacy Scale were used. Results: The score of patient activation in patients with coronary heart disease was in the third level, which was 67.02±10.28. The score of self-efficacy was in the middle level, which was 59.36±15.94. The influencing factors of patient activation in patients with coronary heart disease were self-efficacy, gender, active acquisition of healthy knowledge and complications by analyzing with multiple linear regression equation. Conclusion: Nurses should evaluate the level of patient activation and develop individualized interventions to improve the patient activation in patients with coronary heart disease.
