中文摘要:

卵巢癌在我国的发病率持续升高，患者复发恐惧处于较高水平。本文归纳了卵巢癌患者复发恐惧心理的影响因素，包括人口社会学因素、临床特征、治疗手段、应对方式、社会支持，总结了认知-存在团体疗法和支持性团队表达疗法两种护理干预措施的研究现状，旨在为降低卵巢癌患者的复发恐惧，提高卵巢癌患者的护理质量提供参考依据。

英文摘要:

The incidence rate of ovarian cancer in China has been increasing. The fear of relapse is at a high level. This paper summarized the influencing factors of fear of recurrence in patients with ovarian cancer, including demographic sociological factors, clinical characteristics, treatment methods, coping styles, social support, and summarized the research status of cognitive existential group therapy and supportive team expression therapy in order to provide information for clinical nursing practice and nursing research of ovarian cancer.
