      目的 构建客观测评ICU 护士的危重患者水肿状态知信行水平的测评问卷,并检验其信效度。方法 以知信行理论为指导,运用文献分析法、半结构式访谈法、Delphi 法形成问卷,后对 228名ICU 护士进行正式调查并评价问卷信效度,确定问卷终稿。结果 ICU 护士的危重患者水肿状态知信行测评问卷共包括40个条目,探索性因子分析产生3个公因子,累计贡献率为60.135%；内容效度为0.878,Cronbach"s α 系数为0.962,分半信度为0.784。结论 构建的ICU护士的危重患者水肿状态知信行量表具有科学性和可靠性,可作为ICU 护士水肿状态知信行水平的客观测评工具。
英文摘要:
      Objective To construct a Knowledge-Attitude-Practice Scale of Edema Status in critically ill patients for ICU nurses and to test its reliability and validity. Methods Under the guidance of the theory of Knowledge-Attitude-Practice Scale Model, the questionnaire was formed by literature analysis, semi-structured interview and Delphi method. After that, a formal survey was conducted among 228 ICU nurses, the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were evaluated, and the final draft of the questionnaire was determined. Results The Knowledge-Attitude-Practice Scale of Edema Status in critically ill patients for ICU nurses included 40 items. Exploratory factor analysis revealed that 3 factors accounted for 60.135% of the accumulated variances. The questionnaire-level content validity index (S-CVI) was 0.878, and the Cronbach "s α coefficient was 0.962 and the split-half reliability was 0.784. Conclusion The Knowledge-Attitude-Practice Scale of Edema Status in critically ill patients for ICU nurses is scientific and reliable, and can be used as an objective tool to evaluate the level of knowledge, belief and behavior of ICU nurses about edema status in critically ill patients.
