| 【摘要】
目的 评价、总结肿瘤患者静脉血栓预防及管理的最佳证据，为临床提供依据，降低肿瘤患者静脉血栓事件发生率，提高其生存质量。
方法 本研究按照循证方法学，通过PICOS界定研究问题，按照“6S”金字塔模型逐层检索证据：BMJ最佳临床实践（British Medical Journal Best Practice，BMJ）、世界卫生组织（WHO）、国际指南协作网（GIN）、英国国家卫生与临床优化研究所（NICE）、苏格兰院际指南网（SIGN）、美国国立指南库（NGC）、加拿大安大略注册护士协会（RNAO）、新西兰指南协作组、Cochrane图书馆、JBI（The Joanna Briggs Institute）循证卫生保健图书馆、PubMed、EMBASE、Web of Science、中国生物医学文献数据库（CBM）、中国知网（CNKI）、万方数据库、维普数据库等。检索时限从建库至2020年10月31日。由2名研究者对文献质量进行评价和资料提取。
结果 本研究共纳入23篇文献，其中指南8篇，专家共识2篇，系统评价13篇。总结出40条肿瘤患者静脉血栓预防及管理的最佳证据，包括静脉血栓风险评估、诊断、预防策略、健康教育、管理方案等。
结论 本研究总结了目前肿瘤患者静脉血栓预防与管理的最佳证据，为临床提供理论依据。建议医护联合应用证据，以科学、有效、规范管理、预防肿瘤患者静脉血栓，减少血栓事件发生，提高肿瘤患者生存质量。 |

| 【Abstract 】
Objective： To evaluate and summarize the best evidence for the prevention and management of venous thrombosis in tumor patients, so as to provide basis for clinical practice, reduce the incidence of venous thrombosis in tumor patients, and improve their quality of life.
Methods： According to the evidence-based methodology, the research problem was defined through PICOS, and evidence was retrieved layer by layer according to the "6S" pyramid model: British Medical Journal Best Practice BMJ), The world health organization (WHO), international guidelines for The network (GIN), Britain""s national Institute for health and clinical excellence (NICE), The Scottish court international guidelines network (SIGN), The national guide library (NGC), Canada Ontario registered nurses association (RNAO), New Zealand guide collaboration, The Cochrane library, JBI (The Joanna Briggs Institute) library of evidence-based health care, PubMed, EMBASE, Web of Science ,Chinese biomedical literature database (CBM), China hownet (CNKI), ten thousand data, The VIP data, etc. The retrieval time period is from construction to May 31, 2020.2 researchers evaluated the quality of the literature and extracted the data.
Results ：A total of 23 articles were included in this study, including 8 guidelines, 2 expert consensus and 13 systematic evaluation. The best evidence of venous thrombosis prevention and management in tumor patients was summarized, including risk assessment, diagnosis, prevention strategy, health education, management plan, etc.
Conclusion： The present study summarized the best evidence of prevention and management of venous thrombosis in tumor patients and provided theoretical basis for clinical practice. Medical care should be combined with evidence to scientifically, effectively and normatively manage and prevent venous thrombosis in tumor patients, reduce the occurrence of thrombosis events, and improve the quality of life in tumor patients. |
