| 目的 观察隔姜灸联合耳穴埋针治疗气滞血瘀型暴聋患者的临床疗效。方法 按随机数字表将80例患者分为观察组和对照组，每组40例，对照组实施常规护理治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上加用穴位隔姜灸及耳穴埋针干预，持续干预观察两组患者听力恢复的情况。结果 通过穴位隔姜灸和耳穴埋针的联合干预，结果发现观察组各指标优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.001）：观察两组患者出院后的睡眠质量改善情况，发现观察组有效率为87%，而对照组为54%，差异有统计学意义（p=0.007<0.05）；观察两组并发耳鸣、耳闷、眩晕的患者的改善情况，发现观察组在治疗后耳鸣、耳闷、眩晕的症状都较前有所改善，差异有统计学意义（p<0.05），对比两组的住院时间，观察组住院治疗时间较对照组明显缩短，且差异有统计学意义，（P<0.001）。结论在常规治疗的基础上，隔姜灸联合耳穴埋针的中医护理技术可进一步提高气滞血瘀型暴聋患者的听力，改善耳聋、耳鸣、眩晕等并发症状，并可有效改善患者睡眠质量，从而进一步促进疾病的康复，缩短患者的住院时间。 |

| [Abstract] ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy of ginger-separated moxibustion combined with ear-point needle embedding in the treatment of patients with Qi stagnation and blood stasis deafness.MethodAccording to the random number table, 80 patients were divided into observation group and control group, 40 cases in each group. The control group received conventional treatment. The observation group was treated with acupoint-separated moxibustion and acupoint embedding intervention on the basis of the control group, and continued intervention observation The hearing recovery of the two groups of patients.ResultThrough the combined intervention of ginger-separated moxibustion at acupoints and needle embedding at auricular points, it was found that the indicators of the observation group were better than those of the control group and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.001);Observing the improvement of sleep quality after discharge from the two groups of patients, it was found that the effective rate of the observation group was 87%, while that of the control group was 54%, the difference was statistically significant (p=0.007<0.05); Observed the improvement of the two groups of patients with tinnitus, ear fullness, and dizziness.
