中文摘要:

总结了1例颅内静脉窦形成合并梗阻性脑积水的护理经验,结合患者易栓症及临床资料,配合抗凝治疗的实施,严密监测和判断患者的病情变化,警惕出血、脑疝、感染、免疫抑制等并发症,做好相应的急救及护理。患者原发病得到基本控制,予以出院。

英文摘要:

In this paper, the nursing experience of 1 case of intracranial venous sinus thrombosis combined with obstructive hydrocephalus was summarized. Combined with thrombophilia and clinical data of the patient and the implementation of anticoagulant therapy, the changes in the patient’s condition were closely monitored and judged, to aware bleeding, cerebral hernia, infection, immunosuppression and other complications, and corresponding first aid and nursing were conducted. Consequently, the patient’s primary disease was basically controlled and then discharged.
