| 目的 探讨基于Watson关怀理论的护理措施在溃疡型淋巴结核伤口患者中的应用效果,并评价其对患者生活质量的影响。 方法 回顾分析2018年10月至2019年6月上海市肺科医院就诊的溃疡型淋巴结核伤口患者和2020年2月至2020年10月期间来院就诊的同类疾病患者的病例资料,按照1:1比例入选对照组和观察组各40例；评估两组炎症指标、换药频率、恢复周期、负性情绪及护理满意度。并通过治疗依从性量表、生活质量调查问卷和一般自我效能感量表(GSES)评分评估患者的生活质量。 结果 试验组的依从性、炎症指标、换药频率、恢复周期、负性情绪及护理满意度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义( P < 0.05)。 结论 基于Watson关怀理论的护理干预可有效改善溃疡型淋巴结核患者的伤口状况,提升其自我护理能力与治疗依从性,促进伤口快速恢复,改善生活质量状况,并且显著提高了护理的满意度。 |

| Objective To explore the application effect of nursing measures based on Watson caring theory in patients with ulcerative lymphatic tuberculosis wound, and to evaluate its influence on patients" quality of life. Methods The case data of patients with ulcerative lymphatic tuberculosis wound admitted to Shanghai Pulmonary Hospital from October 2018 to June 2019 and patients with similar diseases admitted to our hospital from February 2020 to October 2020 were retrospectively analyzed. A 1:1 ratio of 40 patients in the control group and 40 patients in the observation group were selected.Inflammation indicators, frequency of dressing change, recovery cycle, negative emotions and nursing satisfaction were assessed in both groups.Patients" quality of life was assessed by treatment compliance scale, quality of life questionnaire and general self-efficacy scale (GSEs) scores. Results The compliance, inflammatory indexes, frequency of dressing change, recovery cycle, negative emotion and nursing satisfaction in experimental group were better than those in control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion The nursing intervention based on Watson theory can effectively improve the wound condition of patients with ulcerative lymphatic tuberculosis, improve their self-care ability and treatment compliance, promote rapid wound recovery, improve the quality of life, and significantly improve the satisfaction of nursing. |
