| 目的 构建适合我国国情的冠心病住院患者双心护理策略。方法 根据检索策略检索2009-2019年国内外数据库获取原始文献并进行分析，初拟冠心病住院患者双心护理策略，然后采用专家咨询法，对全国5个省市11所医院的14名专家进行函询，根据函询结果确立策略。2021年1-3月，在上海某三甲医院试用，随后对护士进行访谈，了解其实践体验。结果 52篇文献纳入研究，2轮专家咨询问卷的有效回收率分别为93.3%和100%。两轮专家咨询专家权威系数均为0.86，判断依据系数均为0.97，熟悉程度均为0.74。第2轮专家咨询后各条目重要性的变异系数为0.0-19.0%，可操作性变异系数为0.0-19.6%。最终形成的策略包含5个一级指标，10个二级指标和26个三级指标。护士表示该策略能为临床护理工作提供规范有效的实践依据。结论 冠心病患者住院期间双心护理策略具有较好的科学性和实用性，能被临床护士接纳。 |

| Objective To construct strategies on psycho-cardiology care for inpatients with coronary heart disease of our country. Method Following the retrieval plan, the domestic and abroad databases were retrieved to obtain original literatures from 2009 to 2019. With articles analyzing, initially strategies were emerged. Then, 14 experts from 11 hospitals in 5 provinces in China were consulted by e-mail. According to results of correspondence, psycho-cardiology care strategies for inpatients with coronary heart disease were established. From January to March 2021, strategies were conducted in a Grade A hospital in Shanghai. April 2021, some nurses were interviewed to understand their practical experience. Results A total of 52 articles were included in the study. The effective recovery rates of the 2 rounds of expert consultations questionnaires were 93.3% and 100%, respectively. The authority coefficient of the 2 rounds of expert consultation was 0.86, the judgment basis coefficient was 0.97, and the familiarity degree was 0.74. After the second round of expert consultation, the coefficient of Kendall of the importance of each item was 0.0-19.0%, and the coefficient of Kendall of operability was 0.0-19.6%. The final psycho-cardiology care strategies for inpatients with coronary heart disease contained 5 first-level indicators, 10 second-level indicators and 26 third-level indicators. Nurses expressed that strategies could provide a standard and effective guideline for their clinical nursing. Conclusion Strategies on psycho-cardiology care for inpatients with coronary heart disease are scientific and practical which can be accepted by nurses. |
