      摘要:目的 探讨基于信息化平台的积分制管理模式在提升护士长执行力中的应用效果。方法 采用整群抽样法,选取60名护士长作为研究对象,2019年1-12月采用传统模式进行管理(应用前),2020年1-12月采用积分制管理模式(应用后),比较应用前后护士长执行力得分及各项护理质量检查得分情况。结果 应用积分制管理后,护士长执行力得分、各项护理质量检查得分较应用前均明显提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 基于信息化平台的积分制管理模式在提升护士长执行力中有明显的促进作用,从而提升护理管理效能。

      Abstract: Objective To explore the effects of information platform-based point management system on executive ability in head nurses. Methods A total of 60 nurse leaders were selected as the study subjects by cluster sampling. From January to December 2019, the nurse leaders were managed by the traditional method, From January to December 2020, the nurse leaders were managed by the point information system. the scores on executive ability and quality of care checks of nurse leaders were compared after applying. Results After applying information platform-based point management system, There was statistically significant difference in the score of situation on executive ability of head nurses (P<0.05), The score on the inspection of nursing quality was significantly higher than before (P<0.05). Conclusion The information platform-based point management system can significantly improve the executive ability of head nurses.
