      【摘要】目的：探讨八段锦对腹膜患者充分性、营养状况以及生活质量的影响。方法：根据随机数字表将符合入选标准的70例腹膜患者分为八段锦观察组和对照组，对照组接受常规生活方式指导，以及腹膜相关并发症的处理，观察组在此基础上增加八段锦，分别评价两组患者在干预前后的充分性、营养状况以及生活质量。结果：经过12周八段锦后，患者充分性无显著变化；两组患者前白蛋白与血红蛋白较干预前，差异均有统计学意义，白蛋白无显著变化；观察组患者躯体和心理健康综合评分、肾脏病影响生活质量量表维度得分较干预前升高，其中肾脏病影响的前后差异具有统计学意义；对照组患者躯体健康综合评分维度得分较干预前升高，但无统计学意义；结论：八段锦可在一定程度上提高腹膜患者的生活质量，值得临床推广应用，今后仍需要进一步探讨八段锦对腹膜患者活动功能的作用。
英文摘要:
      Objective: To investigate the effects of Baduanjin on adequacy, nutritional status and quality of life in peritoneal patients. Methods: 70 peritoneal patients were randomly divided into the group and the control group. The control group received routine lifestyle guidance and -related complications. The group received Baduanjin. The adequacy, nutritional status and quality of life of the two groups were evaluated before and after intervention. Results: After 12 weeks of Baduanjin , there was no significant change in adequacy; There were significant differences in prealbumin and hemoglobin between the two groups, but no significant change in albumin. The physical and mental component score, and the dimension of effect of disease in group were higher than those before intervention, with statistically significant change for the latter; the physical component score in the control group was higher than that before intervention, but no statistical significance. Conclusion: Baduanjin can improve the quality of life in patients with peritoneal , which is worthy of clinical application. It is still necessary to further explore the effect of Baduanjin on physical function in the future.
