      目的 深入了解非黑色素瘤皮肤癌患者围术期的体验和需求,旨在为非黑色素瘤皮肤癌患者围术期护理干预方案的制定提供参考依据。方法 采用现象学研究方法,对上海市某三甲皮肤病专科医院2021年7月—11月收治的12例非黑色素瘤皮肤癌患者进行半结构式深入访谈,应用Nvivo11软件进行分类编码,采用Colaizzi７步分析法对访谈资料进行分析、归纳及提炼主题。结果 非黑色素瘤皮肤癌患者围术期需求和体验可归纳为4个主题：①皮肤癌知识的缺乏；②存在不同的情绪与应对； ③围术期不同阶段的需求； ④治疗负担与满意度。结论 非黑色素瘤皮肤癌患者围术期心理、生理、社会等方面的支持性需求尚未满足,护士应密切关注此类患者围术期体验和需求,实施针对性的健康宣教,促进患者疾病康复和提高护理满意度。
英文摘要:
      Objecive To further understand the perioperative experience and needs of patients with NMSC, so as to provide reference for the formulation of perioperative nursing intervention strategies for patients with NMSC. Methods With phenomenological research method ,a semi-structured in-depth interviews was conducted among 12 patients with NMSC admitted to a tertiary hospital in Shanghai from July to November 2021. Nvivo11 software was used for classification and coding and Colaizzi 7-step analysis method was used to analyze, summarize and refine the theme. Results 4 themes were extracted,including the lack of skin cancer knowledge, different emotions and coping style, the needs and experiences ,treatment burden and satisfaction. Conclusion The psychological, physiological and social support needs of patients with NMSC during perioperative period have not been met. Nurses should pay close attention to the perioperative experience and needs of such patients, implement targeted health education, promote the rehabilitation of patients and improve nursing satisfaction.
