      摘要：目的 探讨住院老年精神障碍患者衰弱现状及对跌倒的影响，为临床护理工作提供参考。方法 采用整群抽样法，选取2019年6月在上海市浦东新区精神卫生中心六病区住院的70例老年患者，采用一般资料调查、人体学指标测定、FRAIL量表进行调查。随访52周，分析衰弱对跌倒事件的影响。结果 调查对象中衰弱、衰弱前期、无衰弱的发生率分别为18.57%、55.71%、25.71%。单因素分析显示，与无衰弱、衰弱前期者相比，衰弱期老年患者的BMI更低、年龄更大，有统计学差异（P＜0.05）。Logistic回归分析结果显示，FRAIL分值越大（OR=3.14，P =0.03）跌倒发生风险越大。结论 住院老年精神障碍患者衰弱发生率较高，且衰弱是跌倒的危险因素，提示医务人员要加强对住院老年精神障碍患者衰弱的筛查，并给予相应干预措施，以预防跌倒等不良事件的发生。
英文摘要:
      Abstract：Objective To investigate the frailty status of hospitalized elderly patients with mental disorders and its influence on falls, and to provide reference for clinical nursing work. Methods A total of 70 elderly patients hospitalized in Ward 6 of Shanghai Pudong New Area Mental Health Center in June 2019 were selected by cluster sampling, and investigated by general data survey, physical indicators measurement, and the FRAIL scale. The effect of frailty on fall events was analyzed after 52 weeks of follow-up. Results The incidence of frailty, pre-frailty and non-frailty were 18.57%, 55.71% and 25.71%, respectively. Univariate analysis showed that compared with non-frailty and pre-frailty patients, frailty elderly patients had lower BMI and older age, with statistical differences (P < 0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that the greater the deal value (OR=3.14, P =0.03), the greater the risk of falls. Conclusion The incidence of frailty in hospitalized elderly patients with mental disorders is higher, and frailty is a risk factor of falls, suggesting that medical staff should strengthen the early screening of frailty in hospitalized elderly patients with mental disorders, and give corresponding intervention measures to prevent the occurrence of falls.
