中文摘要:

总结1例破裂性腹主动脉瘤术后移植物感染行开放手术并发急性下肢动脉栓塞患者的围术期护理。术前护理措施包括病情观察、营养支持和心理护理等；第一次开放手术术后应加强生命体征的监测、下肢血运的评估与观察、感染的预防、肾功能监测及伤口的观察；截肢术后应加强出血、电解质紊乱等并发症的观察和护理。

英文摘要:

To summarize the perioperative nursing in a case complicated with acute lower extremity arterial embolism after open surgery for graft infection.preoperative nursing interventions include Condition observation, nutritional support , psychological care, etc. After the first open surgery, the monitoring of vital signs, blood supply of lower limbs, infection, renal function and observation of wounds should be strengthened. Nursing care after amputation includes prevention of complications such as bleeding and electrolyte imbalance.
