| 目的 探讨火龙罐综合灸提壶揭盖法治疗脑卒中后尿潴留患者的应用效果。方法 将60例脑卒中后尿潴留患者随机分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组行常规护理和康复；观察组在此基础上在特定穴位上实施火龙罐综合灸疗法，记录两组患者住院期间的基线资料、膀胱最大排尿量、平均膀胱残余尿量、导尿次数与住院天数的比值、尿常规白细胞阳性率。结果 两组各30例完成全程研究，观察组与对照组在入组时基线数据无统计学差异（P >0.05），观察组的膀胱最大排尿量、平均残余尿量、导尿次数与住院天数的比值、尿常规白细胞阳性率均较对照组更低，满意度较对照组更高（P <0.05）。结论 火龙罐综合灸提壶揭盖法能有效改善脑卒中后尿潴留患者临床症状，促进膀胱功能康复。 |

| to explore the application effect of fire dragon pot comprehensive moxibustion with “uncovering the lid to make water flow smoothly” to treat urinary retention after stroke. Methods 60 patients with urinary retention after stroke were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 30 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing and rehabilitation; On this basis, the observation group implemented fire dragon pot comprehensive moxibustion at specific acupoints, and recorded the baseline data, maximum urinary output of bladder, average residual urinary volume of bladder, and the ratio of times of catheterization to days of hospitalization、urine routine leukocyte positive rate. Outcome 30 cases in each group completed the whole study. There was no significant difference in baseline data between the observation group and the control group at the time of enrollment (P>0.05). The maximum urinary output, average residual urine volume, the ratio of catheterization times to hospital days, the positive rate of Urinary Routine leukocytes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the satisfaction was higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Fire dragon pot comprehensive moxibustion with “uncovering the lid to make water flow smoothly” can improve the clinical symptoms and promote the recovery of bladder function after stroke. |
