      目的 深入探索在取消“清考”制度背景下本科护生对其重修课程事件而产生的心理应激反应及自我应对行为,以期为制定帮助护生积极、有效应对心理应激,缓解心理压力和负面情绪的干预策略提供参考。 方法 运用现象学研究法,于2020年5月至2020年10月采用目的抽样法抽取贵州省某医科大学的四年制15名本科护生进行深度访谈,并运用内容分析法对访谈资料进行分析、总结、归纳。 结果 提炼出3个主题:心理应激反应(负性情绪、否认事实、躯体症状、社交躲避)、压力源(担心就业、毕业、留级或退学、考研)、自我应对方式(情绪调节、学习态度和策略调整、独自面对和主动寻求外界帮助)。 结论 重修事件对护生的心理冲击较大,引发不同类型的心理应激反应。护理教育工作者应帮助护生正确认识重修,减轻学生心理负担,并及时给予科学有效的心理支持,预防心理危机。
英文摘要:
      Objective To explore in depth the psychological stress response and self-response behavior of undergraduate nursing students to the event of retaking courses under the background of cancellation of abnomal graduation examination, in order to help nursing students actively and effectively cope with psychological stress and relieve their psychological Intervention strategies for stress and negative emotions provide references. Methods Using phenomenological research methods, 15 four-year undergraduate nursing students from a medical university in Guizhou Province were selected for in-depth interviews from May 2020 to October 2020, and content analysis was used to analyze, summarize and summarize the interview data. Results The results extract three themes: psychological stress response (negative emotions, denial of facts, physical symptoms, social avoidance), stressors (worries about employment) , Graduation, repeat or drop out of school, postgraduate entrance examination), self-coping style (emotion regulation, learning attitude and strategy adjustment, facing alone and actively seeking outside help). Conclusion Rehabilitation events have a greater psychological impact on nursing students, triggering different types of psychological stress responses. Nursing educators should help nursing students to correctly understand retakes, reduce their psychological burden, and provide scientific and effective psychological support in time to prevent psychological crises.
