| 目的 调查抗疫医护人员主观感知的家属支持程度，并探讨其对压力水平的预测作用。方法 应用自编问卷，对连续纳入的173名抗疫医护人员进行在线问卷调查。结果 回收有效问卷168份，有效问卷回收率为97.11%。抗疫医护人员感知的家属支持中，来自主要家属持“支持”态度的比例在67.96%~88.98%之间，持“反对”态度的比例在0.85%~2.98%之间，持“无意见”态度的比例在6.55%~11.65%之间。79.17%的抗疫医护人员感到抗击疫情工作有压力，年龄越大、学历越高，队员的压力水平越低；在压力来源方面，受调查的抗疫抗疫医护人员最常见按的压力来源是“自己被感染”、“子女照顾问题”、“老人照顾问题”；年龄、父母的支持程度与队员的压力大小显著负相关（p＜0.05）；父母支持水平能有效预测抗疫医护人员的压力水平，父母越支持，队员的压力水平越低。结论 抗疫医护人员感知的家属支持总体较好，管理者应尽可能更多关注抗疫医护人员的家属状况，尤其是其父母的态度，这有助于降低抗疫医护人员的压力水平。 |

| Objects To investigate the degree of family support perceived by Health-Care Staff working in medium and high risk areas, and explore its correlation with their own stress levels. Methods An online survey was conducted among 173 Health-Care Staffs by using a self-made questionnaire. Results There are 168 valid questionnaires, and the recovery rate of valid questionnaires is 97.11%. The main family members’ support proportion of medical workers ranges from 67.96% to 88.98%. 79.17% medical workers have felt pressure when fighting with the SARS-CoV-2. The older and the more educated they are, the lower the stress level of the medical workers. The most common source of pressure for the medical workers are: "Self-infection", "child home care" and "elderly home care". Age and parental support attitude are significantly negatively related to the pressure of the medical workers (p <0.05). The level of parental support can effectively predict the pressure level of medical workers. And the more supportive parents are, the lower the stress level of the medical workers. Conclusion The family support perceived by medical workers are generally good. Managers should pay as much attention to the family status of medical workers as possible, especially the attitudes of their parents, which can help reduce the pressure level of medical workers. |
